Pricing

We offer you consistently low prices on every item in our store. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and converted to any currency in real time through OANDA.COM. Depending on which site you purchase our products from, your credit card will be charged in US$ or in EURO€.  We are not responsible for Interbank conversion rates applied between your Credit card company and our processing banks. Price Matching

EuroQuest & it's affiliates do not have a price-matching policy at this time. We do, however, consistently work toward maintaining competitive prices on everything we carry, and you can help.

If you think our price for a particular item isn't competitive with that of other online retailers, you can notify us by clicking the "FeedBack" link on the home page. Sign in, enter the price and URL for the better online offer you've seen, and click the Submit button.

The information you provide will be used to keep our prices as competitive as possible at all times. Please be aware that we will not be able to provide individual responses. After you submit your lower price, check back in a few days to see if our price has changed as a result.

EuroQuest & it's affiliates will not always lower the price of an item in such cases; here are some reasons why our price may not change:

• The competitor's product is not an exact match (identical make and model) with ours
• The competitor's total price (including shipping, handling, rebates, membership fees, taxes, etc.) is higher
• The competitor with the lower price is out of stock
• The product is a closeout or clearance item (at our store or our competitor's store)
• The competitor is not manufacturer authorized
• The product on our site is offered by a partner (our partners set their own prices)

Bulk Discounts

We do not offer additional discounts on large orders of a single title or on large orders of many individual titles. If you are purchasing items for a corporation or institution, Email us through the FEEDBACK link on our home page to get a confidential quote from our sales department.

Also, please note that the availability listings on our Web site are intended for single-copy orders. Orders for many copies of the same item may take longer to assemble. When you fill out our order form, you will see an estimated date of shipment displayed on the final page, just before you submit your order. Once your order has been placed, you will be able to see an estimated delivery date in Your Account.

Surcharges

Oversized and extremely heavy items are marked on their product detail pages as requiring a special surcharge. The surcharge varies depending on the size and weight of the item. Special-orders will incur an additional charge of $9.99 per item due to the additional labor required in ordering these titles directly from the publisher. Both of these charges will be included in the Shipping & Handling subtotal of your order.

Confirming Prices

Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart.

With respect to items sold by EuroQuest & it's affiliates , we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:

• If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
• If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by EuroQuest & it's affiliates . Your purchases from third-party sellers using EuroQuest & it's affiliates  Payments are charged at the time you place your order, and third-party sellers may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.
